Does anyone know how to set up CF 220.127.116.11 DNS to ZTE F660 router?
Usually, after you have successfully logged into your Router interface, there should be some input fields or a menu for LAN → DHCP Server → DNS Server1 IP Address put
18.104.22.168 and DNS Server2 IP Address put
22.214.171.124 and Save.
If not sure, just configure
126.96.36.199 at your device (desktop PC):
… or use Cloudflare WARP app:

Can you post what you get for the results by visiting the URL https://188.8.131.52/help?
From your screenshot from above, under the
Connectivity to Resolver IP address is good - 184.108.40.206 and 220.127.116.11.
Can you run the CMD and type nslookup cloudflare.com?
Should return something like below, if you configured custom DNS servers in the router or at least for your network connection adapter (following my previous post where is the link how to setup Cloudflare DNS servers) in the Windows 7 Start → Control Panel → Network Connection & Sharing Center → Network adapter → Options → IPv4 → custom DNS servers:
Server: one.one.one.one Address: 18.104.22.168 Non-authoritative answer: Name: cloudflare.com Addresses: 2606:4700::6810:84e5 2606:4700::6810:85e5 22.214.171.124 126.96.36.199
Due to Mozilla FireFox usage and Trusted Recursive Resolver, this article could be a bit of help:
Furthermore, due to the DNS over HTTPS, you can do it on by following the instructions from here: https://developers.cloudflare.com/188.8.131.52/dns-over-https/web-browser.
Do not forget to restart (close and re-open) your Web browser upon the changes.
Maybe even you could try to restart your computer, just in case.
Re-check again on the https://184.108.40.206/help, even try to hit refresh (F5) just in case.
