Does anyone from CF read these? My email is offline due to a BUG in CF's system!

As described here, I have an issue that I am completely powerless to resolve. I can’t see any way it’s going to get fixed unless someone at Cloudflare fixes it. (If you have any ideas. PLEASE let me know!)

Problem is, I’m a free customer (and my needs are well served at that level) so I apparently have no way to reach anyone at CF Support.

I shouldn’t have to upgrade to a paid plan just to get someone at CF to fix a problem - on their end - that only they can resolve!

If I was dealing with any other registrar, I suspect I wouldn’t be having this problem. I firmly believe Cloudflare is the best; that’s why I use them. But this issue is unacceptable.
