If you already have a billing email ticket open with support, waiting for their response is your best bet. The community here is unable to advise on billing questions.

Please note that if you have a complex issue, or if they’re handling a large number of tickets, response time may be longer.

I have already opened a ticket for almost 10 days now, but no one is responding. No information of “we’re working on it”, “we understand your issue”, etc… I opened up a new issue 2 days ago and same thing. So that is why I opened up this here as hopefully someone on the Cloudflare side reads this and can sense my frustration.

Incorrect billing issues should be attended to promptly or at least let us know they care enough to say “We don’t know what happened but we’re looking into it”
