Document from one of my Slack Apps is blocked by policy

Hi,
I have issue opening document from Apps section uder Slack , I receive blocked page from Cloudflare Zero Trust, we have some of policies defined but non of them should block this , how to allow this to be reachable?

I’d recommend looking at the gateway logs (DNS, HTTP and possibly Network) to locate a matching block and determine which policy is blocking the request.
