Do the edge CDN servers peer content to each other?

Once an item has been cached by Cloudflare’s CDN will it be peered to the other CDNs before hitting my server again?

Example:
I have an image with an Expires (1 month from now)
This image was requested and my local Cloudflare edge server has a copy.
Will this same copy be propagated to the other Edge servers around the country/world before making an identical request to my server?

Usually no, unless you have Argo enabled (there are Tier 1 nodes that cache for all the others before the edge) or you are at the Enterprise tier.
