Hello,

We’ve flagged your ticket with the Billing Support team and they will continue to work with you there

Thank you! Is there any way of speeding up the process? Because we have been waiting for 10 days and it affects our business negatively. Regards.

I got a new update after 1 week.

The thing is that “500Nv00000BZrG5IAL” doesn’t appear between my support tickets. What should I do now? Thanks!

This time I’m getting the error below when I try to add a website to my Cloudflare account:

You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until all invoices are paid. Download each “Unpaid” invoice on your Billing page and click the “Pay online” link within each invoice to fix your account (Code: 1323)

However, there is no unpaid invoice at all. I created the ticket 15 days ago. I hope they will fix it as soon as possible.

Feedback

When I tried to add my website to my Cloudflare account, it returned an error saying “You have an unpaid invoice”. Later, I paid the invoice but Cloudflare has not allowed me to add the site to my account.

I created a ticket about that 15 days ago. They answer my support request once per week. Mostly automated messages… As seen below I provided further details about the issue, a bot replied 1 week later and then closed the ticket. The thing is that I cannot find the new ticket called “500Nv00000BZrG5IAL” in my Cloudflare account.

I don’t know what to do. All I need is to add the website to my Cloudflare account.

Hello,

It seems you are having a billing issue, and the ticket you listed here is also for the billing team to handle. Ticket 3327620 has been migrated to Salesforce. You should have received a new email regarding your new case. Please respond to that email if you want to continue the conversation about your case.

Hello,

Thank you for the update. Please, check the screenshot below:

I created that ticket 21 days ago. And it was migrated to Salesforce 6 days ago. I’m still waiting for help to add my website to Cloudflare.

I cannot add the domain to my Cloudflare account

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  • I checked my invoices but there is no “unpaid” invoice at all
  • Contacted the billing team via support ticket, but they did not help at all
  • Cleared my browser cache
  • Created a thread in this forum. However, A Cloudflare employee said, “You already have a ticket” and then stopped helping me
  • Tried to add the same domain to another Cloudflare account but the same error has occurred
  • Tried to contact Cloudflare CEO

Yes, I replied with the screenshot of the error that I used when I created the ticket.

Any ETA on when they will reply @cloonan ? This has been affecting our business negatively for months. We would understand if Cloudflare employees are quite busy or they’re already working on the issue. Totally acceptable. However, they do not provide any information about the issue. We don’t know whether they care about our issue or not. We really don’t want to bother you as well. I guess It’s not difficult to say “There is a system issue, we’re still working on implementing a fix. Please stay tuned!” for them.

The previous replies in the support ticket show that, they will probably wait a few weeks and then reply on my ticket by saying “We are closing this ticket on your behalf in 5 days due to our determination that your problem may have been solved or is no longer valid”. I don’t really understand that. Might Cloudflare punish us for some reason?

Once again, Cloudflare employees marked my support ticket resolved without providing any help. More than 2 months… No reply at all. I have never seen a worse support team in my life! We have been waiting for help for 2 months… Of course, they might have been busy or failed to fix the issue. That’s acceptable but they have never informed us. It’s impossible to get a response from them. I don’t understand how those people respect their job. I think I should apply for a job at Cloudflare CS Department. A five-star review from me. What should I do @cloonan ? Should I make a payment to get help regarding my support ticket? Or does Cloudflare want us to close the account and just leave? I beg you tell something

Thank you for contacting Cloudflare Support. Your issue has been marked as Resolved in our system.

Fixed by @Lili84 Thank you!
