Do I need to use Cloudinary with Cloudflare Pro Plan for image optimization? Will there be some conflicts?

I used Cloudinary to optimize the image, at the same time, if I use the Cloudflare pro plan, will be some conflicts or redundant as for the image optimization?

Pro plan offers image compression where Cloudflare will compress the image to a smaller size while maintaining the image quality. There’s also an option to convert to WebP format so the file size can become smaller.

Cloudinary has a similar function to convert the image to WebP too. So I am wondering is it necessary to use this two at the same time.

Unless you have Vary for images enabled, I would not recommend to perform WebP conversion from Cloudinary as you might accidentally serve WebP images to browsers who do not have WebP support.
