Do “Bot attack mode” and “Block AI bots” both open or block Google Adsense from getting ads.txt? I added some rules in “security->WAF->Custom rules”: (http.request.full_uri wildcard r"://*****.xyz/ads.txt") or (http.request.full_uri wildcard r"://www.*****.xyz/ads.txt") or (http.user_agent contains “AdsBot-Google”) and set it to skip. I selected skip all components. Can this rule enable ads detection?

You can navigate to Security > Security Events section of your Cloudflare Dashboard before implementing the custom rule to see if the Bot Fight Mode really block your bot. If there is a block record the you proceed to create a WAF rule with Skip action.
