DNSSEC stuck in disabling state

What is the name of the domain?

muehlbachler.org,niftyside.com

What is the issue you’re encountering

I transferred the domains over to Cloudflare a few years back and enabled DNSSEC. Unfortunately, I transferred them to a different registrar a while back and forgot to disable DNSSEC before, meaning disabling DNSSEC is now stuck. Can you pleae try to remove the DNSSEC from these domains since the keys have initially be managed by you?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I cannot take any steps because DNSSEC is managed by the registrar (Cloudflare back then).
Google Domains doesn’t know/own the DNSSEC records at the root level because it was enabled before the transfer.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNSSEC

Hi,

I also opened a ticket #3336760 which gets autoclosed from time to time because 1/ your system thinks it’s related to DNS, and 2/ I’m a free plan customer.
Please have a look at it s.t. I can use the domai again without DNSSEC.

Thank you!

Disabling DNSSEC needs to be done by the current registrar since they have access to the registry to remove or change the records.

The current signing is still valid, but you don’t seem to have any DNS records set in Cloudflare for those domains.
