I forgot to disable DNSSEC for my domain at my old registar before transferring to Cloudflare. The issue now being that the domain is not signed by DNSSEC but still has DS records in the .com zone.
As Cloudflare is the current registar, I cannot delete the DS records in the .com zone for the domain at the old registar and enabling/disabling DNSSEC through cloudflare.com doesn’t work either, it’s just stuck at “pending”. Also tried deleting DNSSEC through API.
My understanding is that Cloudflare manually has to delete the DS records.
May I ask have you contacted old registrar to disable DNSSEC and remove any of the DS records? Just in case, write to them and kindly ask to re-check and remove any if so.
What is your domain name?
Thank you. I’ve escalated this.
Kindly and patiently wait for a reply.
Greetings, thank you for writing. I am sorry to hear this.
Kindly, may I ask you to share a domain name and to send an e-mail to support[at]cloudflare[dot]com from your e-mail associated with your Cloudflare account.
When you got a reply (even automatic), please find a ticket number in the “title” or “content” of that e-mail and reply back here to share it with us so we could escalate it too. Thank you in advance!
Thank you for your readily reply, I opened the ticket #2377145, but got an automated response that my current (free tier) plan does not have access to support.
