Your registrar is Namesco. You need to enable DNSSEC there and copy the DS records given by Cloudflare in the dashboard to them.

But the name servers is with Cloudflare

That’s one half of the setup (DNS). The other half is the domain registry that needs to complete the DNS security link to Cloudflare. Your registrar has to implement that for you after you provide it the necessary details.
