DNSSEC for domains registered with Cloudflare

I have multiple domains that I’ve transferred to Cloudflare as my registrar. I clicked to enable DNSSEC for each. One of the domains has the message: “Success! Your domain is protected with DNSSEC.” … however the rest do not. They give the message: “DNSSEC is pending while we wait for the DS to be added to your registrar. This usually takes ten minutes, but can take up to an hour.”

To enable DNSSEC when Cloudflare is my registrar, do I need to add a DS record to my Cloudflare DNS? If so, how did the one domain end up protected, when I have not added a DS record for any of them?

Thanks!

If your domain is registered with Cloudflare, Cloudflare will take care of the DNSSEC configuration. If something is off you need to open a support ticket.

Thank you for your help. I will reach out to support.

You can always try disabling it, waiting an hour, and then re-enabling it.

Thank you @sandro . I’ll give that a try.
