Both our website and Office 365 email service are using the same primary domain and all the relevant DNS records are already configured under this primary domain at Cloudflare. However, Office 365 does not support DNSSEC currently so we want to enable DNSSEC for our website only. Please let me know what are the steps to enable DNSSEC for website only without affecting Office 365 email service.

You would need to go to another provider that would allow DNSSEC as at this time this feature add a check for all DNS records for this zone.
