How do I delete an unneeded DNS zone in Cloudflare?
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?*
asking the community. in the past I have been told to downgrade my license. I don’t know how to do this.

If the domain is registered with another registrar, you should just be able to log in to that registrar and change the domain’s nameservers back to whatever you were using before, or to any other nameservers (or no nameservers). The domain should change back to “pending setup” in Cloudflare, and should eventually disappear. Same if you started setting up a domain for Cloudflare DNS but changed your mind – if you don’t finish the setup by pointing to Cloudflare’s nameservers, it should eventually time out and vanish.
If you registered the domain through Cloudflare Registrar, or transferred it in, and no longer want the domain, I don’t think there’s a cancellation feature but you can turn off auto-renewal and wait for the domain to expire.
The domain is registered with the Network Solutions registrar and pointing to non-Cloudflare name servers.
I do not want to change to the Cloudflare name servers until the domain and records are correct.
There are some domains already in Cloudflare (but not using the Cloudflare name servers) that I do not want in Cloudflare.
How to I delete them? I am an Enterprise customer. The delete option is not shown.
Please advise.
No there is not a remove site from Cloudflare link.
