DNS validation Error (invalid ip address Code:9005)

I am trying to add an A record with the following ip address: 162.159.25.95 but it fails with the error that is not a valid IP address.

Which I am pretty sure it is.

I have tried to add with different browsers, but no dice, additionally I have the same problem with the following ips:
162.159.25.95
162.159.24.221
162.159.25.82
162.159.24.227

adding any other ip address : 10.12.10.10 works as expected.

You cannot point DNS records to IPs owned by Cloudflare.

What are you trying to do?
