DNS validation Error (code:1004) (URL @ -> www)

I need to redirect base domain to www , but when I apply the DNS rule (as the picture below), it pop up with an error (DNS validation Error (code:1004)).
If the DNS rule is not legal , is there another way to redirect base domain to www (not CNAME)?
