I just migrated my site to a new host. My site is behind Cloudflare and with Ezoic ad network.
The new host told me to update my IP address.
I went into the DNS app in Cloudflare and tried to add a new record with the new IP address and got this message:
A CNAME record with that host already exists (Code 81054)
I emailed the host and they told me a conflicting record already exists but how do I identify this conflicting record in order to update the IP address?!

That’s about as clear as it gets. You need to delete that CNAME record. Keep in mind that if you’re entering “@” for the hostname, that’s the same as “example.com”.
What CNAME record though?? which one??? I have no idea,
It is not AT ALL clear. you just reiterated what the host said. But if I have zero idea which particular record to delete or update, how is that helpful?
Can you please post a screenshot of what you’re seeing? It should include the entry you’re trying to add, plus all the existing records. It’s ok to black out any IP addresses.
