We needed to make a simple change to 2 A records on one domain name. This change was made and everything looks good inside the DNS control panel. The only problem is that the Cloudflare Name Servers keep serving up the old IP address. Usually, this change propagates in 5 minutes. It’s now been 15 hours… and no update. This seems like a one-off issue that a customer service rep could resolved in 5 minutes, but I don’t see any support options. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Do the old IP addresses start with 104? If so, they wont change as you are tunnelling your traffic through Cloudflare - note the 
icon - and the traffic will be immediately redirected to the new address.

I think I might not be completely understanding. It looked like it did update on the Cloudflare control panel, but every external DNS test did not reflect the update. I would prefer it proxy through Cloudflare, but I need it to resolve.
How did it not resolve? Not at all?
