DNS TXT Record for Email Error Code 1004

Hi,

I recently purchased email hosting for my website from my hosting provider. Since my Domain is on Cloudflare and it is not possible to change the nameservers unless I upgrade my account. I was given a second option which is to enter some DNS records to Cloudflare.

I have successfully added all the records except for the ‘TXT’ Record. I am receiving a ‘DNS Validation Error Code 1004’.

These are the two TXT records. Type/Name/Content

  1. TXT / occasional-travelers.com / “v=spf1 redirect=_spf.mailhostbox.com”

  2. TXT / 20190121._domainkey.occasional-travelers.com / “v=DKIM1; g=*; k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQCkHdR7Sljd5DtqnXaqeSyOlFk4LiQhYNnqBlZEHgPBmTPy/rKrZyuGuJRQ1V4pCs2PcfwHt76kZXGxJiCa7BJOt3Yy0bUFTRvStDj2mB6X6N7C7e6aHulnswF+kHq47FmDPZsbbh0P1gl0/yn3De8OeQFKH+01zbq5ZzAIoGNuQQIDAQAB”

I can add both of these fine, can you check that yours match and have no extra spaces etc.

Thank you, it is okay now. I refreshed the page and typed the Name* manually then copy pasted the Content*
