DNS taking longer than usual to propagate

What is the name of the domain?

furevervital.com

What is the issue you’re encountering

Yesterday I switched my DNS to point to Cloudflare’s nameservers. My site hasn’t been working since then. I’ve never waited so long for DNS to propagate, which makes me think I set something up incorrectly

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Read documentation, ask AI, I have tried everything

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS records

There are no Cloudflare nameservers resolving for your domain…
https://cf.sjr.org.uk/tools/check?9017fa8df31f4b1ea6585544250a7dbc#dns

This usually means…

  • You have not selected a plan, even if free (your zone status will be showing as “Setup”), or
  • You have mistyped your domain name when adding it to Cloudflare.

If unsure, can you show a screenshot of your domain “Overview” page from the Cloudflare dashboard.

Thanks for your reply. It turns out that I misspelled my domain in cloudflare. I used forevervitals (with an “S”) isntead of forevervital . Hopefully now the DNS propagates correctly, since I added the correct domain

As nameservers were already set the at the registrar, Cloudflare will likely allocate 2 different ones to use when you add the correctly spelt domain (this is a security feature), so you’ll need to update your registrar with those new ones.

Thank you for your replies. Everything is working as expected now. Can close this thread if that’s an option.
