Welcome to the Cloudflare Community.
You have most of the elements required for the Community to provide assistance, but without the domain name, it is impossible for anyone to query your DNS to offer feedback. Can you provide the domain?
The record would be queried as dig email.example.com ns
to determine if there is a record in Cloudflare for the delegation. That’s all that would resolve at Cloudflare. The resolution of hte expected value would be provided by/from the server the record has been delegated to. If that is not returning a value, troubleshooting of that record would be done on that DNS server.
Thanks for getting back to me. I didn’t explain properly. The NS records are not resolving.
Thank you
You have a lame delegation. You need to configure the child zone in Azure DNS.
Thank you everyone for helped me with this. You’re all awesome and I’m an idiot.
I assumed Cloudflare would respond with the NS records so I didn’t need to have the subdomain in place with Azure DNS. Creating the subdomain resolved the problem.
Thank you
