I wonder how to set up an RNAME (Responsible Email Address) in SOA record, but I can’t find it. It’s automatically set to [email protected], which is likely to cause any complaints to end up in something like /dev/null instead of in our support team’s mailbox. I know the admin and tech contacts are also in Whois service, but why not set up RNAME properly?
Even though I rather doubt it, you might be able to customise this on Enterprise plans. Lower plans do not currently support that. While a sync between Whois and the SOA record would technically certainly possible, there’ll be various reasons (reliability, validity) why Cloudflare decided against that.
