Hello i would like to ask will it impact my mail delivery service(improve the delivery rate) if i use the 20$ or 200$ package or the Free package???

The Cloudflare package you use will not change email delivery rate. To make sure emails get delivered you will just need some DNS records like SPF and DKIM.
