What is the issue you’re encountering

We own the domain for this website, but the DNS configuration is managed via Cloudflare via another account that we do not have access to. I think I understand the process to take over the DNS settings, but I want to amke sure we capture all of them. From what I understand, there could potentially be custom settings that we do not see. Hoping to have someone walk me through this.

If you don’t have access to that account then you won’t be able to get any information from it. You can only look up public DNS records and check with your web and mail hosts you have the correct ones.

Is there a typo in that, as that domain isn’t registered…
