How can I set up an automatic reconfiguration of my DNS settings of my website on Cloudflare? Thank you

I don’t think so there’s automatic reconfiguration through UI, however, you can check the api if that’s possible to achieve the kind what you are looking for.

At the end I want to delete my current listed domain at cloudflare To then have them set up again (regarding the DNS settings). Isn’t this option available on Cloudflare?

That is not an option. You will need to make your changes manually or via the Cloudflare API.
