DNS settings are inactive

Hi there! I’ve revently added my website to Cloudflare. I added Cloudflare’s custom name servers to my hosting and now it says: “IONOS DNS settings are inactive if you are using a custom name server. You must make the necessary DNS entries at the respective provider or reset the name servers to the IONOS default setting to reactivate your DNS settings here.”

The question is: where and how should I get the necessary DNS entries at Cloudflare?

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. :logodrop:

Your hosting service will need to provide the information which you will then enter into your Cloudflare DNS. You can learn more in this Community Tutorial.

Cloudflare automatically scanned all DNS records from my hosting. They are correct. But what I see now:

And this is the answer I got from my hosting support:
Hi! Cloudflare NS should be added with IONOS domain and the IONOS IP address would be added to Cloudflare. ^co

Should I also add the IONOS IP? I got stuck with all these.

Your screenshot indicates that you asked for CNAME lookup. You will not get any result for a CNAME when the record is set to :orange: proxied.
