Hi, I decided to sign up with Ezoic and put ads on my site. Then I realized that my traffic is very low and it isn’t worth it at this time. So I cancelled Ezoic. I am not sure if Ezoic made some changes to my DNS records. Can you please confirm that my DNS records are correct? I appreciate your time.

You can double-check for any changes by navigating to the Audit Log from Cloudflare dashboard and take a look for an events, I believe you this could help you to find out what happened with the DNS records, if anything.
