DNS reverting to old settings repeatedly

What is the issue you’re encountering

Yesterday we updated DNS records for guitarchat, specifically the IP for the old server (5.135.131.154) to new server (51.210.208.122) on all existing DNS records and it worked as expected. The next day the updated records had reverted back to the old IP for no clear reason. Is it a Cloudflare bug? If not, what can we do to resolve this?

Reset IP addresses (but they were over written again)

Re-enter correct IP address and wait for old IP address to revert

Are you or were you using Ezoic by any chance?

Yes, good call. We trialled but abandoned them.

In that case, you haven’t disconnected Ezoic and they’ll still be reverting your records.

Ezoic set it up, do you have any suggestions on the disconnect process?

OK so we detached Ezoic and that was only the start of the issues. There were database corruptions and proxy IP related issues to deal with as well. But we seem to have made it through the other side. Thanks for your assistance.
