Are you trying to add your site to Cloudflare? Or just resolve it using 1.1.1.1?

If it’s DNS resolution using Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1, it seems to resolve for me…

dig +short 1.1finland1.click @1.1.1.1
66.81.203.9
66.81.203.199
66.81.203.134

You can try https://1.1.1.1/help and post the connection information link if it’s not working for you.

If it’s a problem reaching your site, it appears that your domain’s nameservers are pointing to some expired/parking nameservers (although the domain isn’t expired), so you’ll need to fix that.
