all the DNS settings are correct but when i check the connectivity the error above is displayed.

That sounds very much like the website is active in one account and pending in another. Can you share the name of the domain in question?

I do not recognize this error message as a cf error, where are you seeing it displayed?
Are you seeing an error NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID/?
