What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Dear Cloudflare Support Team,
I am encountering an issue where visitors from Mainland China are unable to access my blog. After conducting a thorough investigation, I found that the DNS resolution for my website returns the following IP addresses:
IPv4:
104.21.16.1
104.21.48.1
104.21.80.1
104.21.96.1
104.21.32.1
IPv6:
2606:4700:3030::6815:7001
2606:4700:3030::6815:4001
2606:4700:3030::6815:5001
2606:4700:3030::6815:6001

Upon further comparison with other website owners who also use Cloudflare’s free plan, their DNS resolution yields the following IPs:

I have tested and confirmed that when I manually update the IP to match the IPs used by the other site owners, the website becomes accessible to visitors in Mainland China. This leads me to believe that there is an issue with the IP addresses being provided for my domain.
