DNS resolution for my email server

I have an email deliver issue however I checked in Cloudflare portal in the DNS option A record and MX records are correctly added but when i ping my mail server then i get a different IP address response hence sender did not receive an email.

Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.

When you are having Proxied (:orange:) records, they will replace the IP addresses to the public with Cloudflare IP addresses, so that Cloudflare can protect and serve you.

A few things would require to be Unproxied (:grey:) / DNS-only, such as for example records related to email traffic, like the one you mention above.

Switch all DNS records that are related to email traffic to Unproxied (:grey:) / DNS-only.
