I have an email deliver issue however I checked in Cloudflare portal in the DNS option A record and MX records are correctly added but when i ping my mail server then i get a different IP address response hence sender did not receive an email.

When you are having Proxied () records, they will replace the IP addresses to the public with Cloudflare IP addresses, so that Cloudflare can protect and serve you.
A few things would require to be Unproxied () / DNS-only, such as for example records related to email traffic, like the one you mention above.
Switch all DNS records that are related to email traffic to Unproxied () / DNS-only.
