What is the issue you’re encountering

I registered my domain at us.kg and entered Cloudflare’s NS server addresses into us.kg. Then, I saw on the Cloudflare dashboard that my domain was fully controlled. After that, I added an A record on Cloudflare pointing to the IP address 183.xxx.xxx.xxx. However, the problem is that after performing these operations, using the command nslookup [my_domain] 1.1.1.1 on Windows returns an IP address that is not the A record I added.

If you are getting a different IP address it may be the TTL needs to expire if you just changed it. Or it may be due to a proxy or filtering/interception in place at your ISP,
