I need to be notified if my DNS record changes but DNS related notifications are not available on the portal

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Looked Available Notifications | Cloudflare Notifications docs and found DNS related notifications should be available but they don’t appear when I look for it. Which notification should I enable to get DNS record change notifications?

DNS notifications on the page you linked to relate to Secondary DNS, an Enterprise-only feature.

To watch for DNS changes you can use the Cloudflare API to fetch your DNS records or the audit log peridocally.
