I recently create a new DNS register type A, but the address still give me the old ip address, how much time Cloudflare dns update the new register?

When you add a zone to Cloudflare, @zojurado, we scan for the DNS records and add what we are able to find. We don’t actively keep checking to correct. With that being said, I don’t see that zone in your account on Cloudflare nor do I see any DNS records for the zone. I do see similar DNS records in your account, but not for the zone indicated.
Edit: OK, I see some issues, the domain name you shared is not accurate, but in looking at the correct zone, you have a lot of DNS records, most are not proxied and DNS only and I won’t try to understand the function of each of them.
For now, I’d focus on two records, either editing what you have already of by adding them directly from the DNS tab of the Cloudflare dashboard. I don’t see a CNAME for simco nor a record pointing to the IP address of your origin server.
