What is the issue you’re encountering

I want to regain control on dns settings for domain bbsuites.pl. Previous IT company that build this website have setted up dnsses to Your service but I don’t know why and They don’t respond to any contact. I have access to domain panel so I can change those settings, but I want to access this service first.
