What is the issue you’re encountering

Hello to you all! I recently attempted to redirect my DNS records from Hostgator to Cloudflare to optimize my website’s performance, among other benefits. However, shortly after the setup, my website went offline. I’m confident that the configurations were done correctly, as I’ve already contacted both Hostgator support and the support team for the whitelabel tool I use. Since then, I’ve removed the domain from Cloudflare, but when checking on www.nslookup.io, the DNS records still show as active, even though they no longer appear in my Cloudflare dashboard. Has anyone else encountered this issue, or could someone assist with resolving it?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  • Deleted Domain
  • Checked DNS records
  • Contacted Support

You are using Hostgator’s DNS so whatever you set in there is being used…

Changing the authoratative nameservers for a domain can take up to 24 hours or so to have an effect if your DNS resolver already has the domain.

Thank you for your answer, I think I did not specified that I don’t want to use Cloudflare anymore, I just want to keep my DNS records pointing to Hostgator IP.

As I mentioned, you aren’t using Cloudflare. If you want to make DNS changes, then you need to do that in your Hostgator DNS.

That’s exactly my issue. I already deleted everything. So what are these records?

The IP addresses for whitelabel.ludicous.cloud which is where app.revoox.com.br is targeted in your DNS settings.
