What is the issue you’re encountering

We are facing a critical issue with our DNS configuration. Our DNS record is configured to point to IP address 198.11.2.12, but when checked using nslookup, it resolves to different IP addresses: 188.144.96.7,and 188.144.97.7. Due to this misconfiguration, our services have stopped, severely affecting business operations.

This happens when you set your DNS record to Proxied on Cloudflare.

If you don’t want to use the proxy, change the DNS record to DNS-Only.
