What is the issue you’re encountering
Owner’s website is not displaying. Somehow Cloudflare became processor of DNS records (Owner claims she did not authorize any nameserver changes). Email is also not functioning.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Spoken to website hosting vendor (GoDaddy), Domain registrant company (Network Solutions), and Email Exchange Service Provider (Zoho). They all point the finger to Cloudflare (which Owner doesn’t understand how Cloudflare suddenly become custodian of the DNS records on 6 March 2025 by someone named “Bonnie”.
