DNS records suddenly not appearing in DNS lookup, even though were set days ago and used to work

I set a DNS record for my domain a couple days ago, and it was working fine. I came back to the dashboard to delete an unneeded tunnel and edit a completely different record. All of a sudden, none of my records worked. Even doing a DNS lookup, it returned that no records were found for the domain.
