DNS records reverting to old records

I wanted to change my email provider so I changed the DNS records for MX and TXT.

However, after some time, it goes back to the old DNS records.

My domain is techpilipinas.com.

Your current MX records point to Zoho. Thats not correct?

Yes. I changed it to Google but it reverts to Zoho every time.

In that case check your audit log if there is an automated process which changes them back. You would need to deactivate that.

Thank you. I suspect that it’s Ezoic that’s reverting to the old DNS records.

That depends how that process is set up. You need to contact whomever is responsible.
