DNS Records pointing to unknown website

What is the name of the domain?

What is the error message?

SORRY! If you are the owner of this website, please contact your hosting provider: [email protected]

What is the issue you’re encountering

My Nameservers have been with Cloudflare for over a year. On 7/13/24 I switched them to HostGator. I received an email on 7/15 from Cloudflare stating my nameservers were no longer point to Cloudflare and DNS records will be completely removed from our system in 7 days. On 7/17 my website went down. I contacted HostGator over 20 times for support and they finally had me switch my nameservers back to Cloudflare. When I did my website goes to a completely unknown website. If I turn off Proxy for A Record and CNAME (as HostGator suggested) I get the Sorry error. I am a remodeling contractor and don’t know much about this but am praying I haven’t lost my website. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Switched nameservers back to Cloudflare

My web address is www.mastercraft-kb.com not the https://northamptonbanquet.com/ it is pointing to.

As your records are set to DNS-Only, all you need to do on Cloudflare is to make sure you are using the correct DNS record.

Everything else is up to your hosting provider. I’m afraid we can’t really help with that

If your website redirects to another with the proxy enabled, it might be that someone has got into your Cloudflare account. Please chech for Page Rules, Redirect Rules and Bulk Redirects on Cloudflare.
