DNS Records not showing

Describe the issue you are having:
I am trying to replace the DNS records with my hosting company, but they advised the following :
Upon checking, we could see that the DNS records are not added to the remote name server’s end.

Hence, you may please contact them and add the necessary records at their end and then we shall assist you in changing the name servers to Cloudflare.

What error message or number are you receiving?
After I select my plan in order to view the DNS records in step 2 “Review DNS records”, no DNS records are shown. This is my assumption on why my hosting company replied with that message.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. Contacted my hosting company
  2. Read through some of the documents
  3. Asked if anyone can help here

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare? N/A

What are the steps to reproduce the error:

  1. I deleted the current site and added the same site again
  2. Same problem
  3. n/a

If your domain is sportpreviewshq.com, it is not yet using Cloudflare.

Whois shows the following nameservers currently assigned:

Name Server: ns.dns1.co.za
Name Server: ns.dns2.co.za
Name Server: ns.otherdns.net
Name Server: ns.otherdns.com

If you want use Cloudflare, follow these directions to add your site. When you reach Step 2 — Update nameservers, you will need to enter your assigned Cloudflare nameservers at your registrar, which is Tucows/OpenSRS via Afrihost. If you need assistance replacing your old nameservers with your Cloudflare nameservers, you will need to contact Afrihost.
