I delete DNS records but they still show up on the DNS record lookup. I need all the records delted but one pointing to my website with simplybooked. I am a total beginer and have no clue. I tried reaching out to cloudflare support, they are so unprofessional, I am a paying customer (pro plan) and still can’t reach them, if this doesn’t help definitily moving to another service.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
These are the ones that were brought to my attention by simplybooked team saying that I need to get rid of all of them. Sorry now again if thats not what you’re asking for, I’m a total beginer.
Those are Cloudflare IP addresses because your DNS records are proxied as that’s how Cloudflare works, see…
If you host needs to see their IP addresses, then set the DNS records to “DNS only” instead of “Proxied”. Note that then all requests will go direct to your host and not through Cloudflare so no Cloudflare protections or features will be applied to your traffic.
If your host needs to see their IP addresses to validate your settings, then you have no choice. It just means you aren’t using Cloudflare other than for DNS.
