DNS records help

Hi…my website isn’t showing as mine at the moment. My previous host set up cloudflare and billed me for it. I don’t have the login details. I changed hosts last year and need to update the DNS records to point to my website. I don’t know how to make this happen. I’ve just started an account with cloudflare to have it transferred across/be able to login.

First, try these options to see if you can recover the existing account. You need to be logged-out of your new account first.

If that doesn’t pan out, login to your new account and add the domain to the new account: Add a site · Cloudflare Fundamentals docs

As part of the process of adding the domain to your new account, you’ll be asked to login to your domain registrar and change the nameservers.

If you don’t know who your domain’s registrar is, please share your domain name (site address) so we can look it up for you.
