I tried logging in using different browsers. No difference.
Since I can’t reach Tech Support, I am posting this here in the hope that someone can help me here.

In Cloudflare Dashboard go to the GoTo dropdown and select DNS>Records

I don’t know if it has to do with the issue you’re referring to. Perhaps I was going about trying to access the DNS>Records the wrong way. After I clicked on one of my domains, I was able to access that submenu. What I don’t get is why the Cloudflare dashboard website makes it so unintuitive. Why have a dropdown that says Go To, and then have a bunch of links there that give you a 404 error? Grey them out at least or prevent them from showing up some other way. It just leads people down the wrong path. I wasted about 2 hrs on this simple issue! Grrrr…
