In the beginning of February 2024 in order to authenticate our Workspace Google email through Constant Contact when sending I had to input the DNS records from Constant Contact into Cloudflare which worked, but suddenly I am receiving errors. For some background, I had to update our Nameservers on Godaddy from SiteGround and update my MX records from Google as our website needed to be updated because the site has gotten much larger.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
All your DNS records have to be in the same place. If you’re using Siteground for DNS, they would all have to be there.
If you want to use Cloudflare, you would have to use only Cloudflare’s DNS servers, and have all your records here: Website, Blackbaud, Salesforce, email, etc.
