What is the issue you’re encountering

Access to our website is down. DNS records in Cloudflare do not match records found with DNS search.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Verified correct nameservers are set at Registrar. Tried to add www and wildcard record as CNAME and A records (not at the same time). Using DNSChecker, the IP addresses for the nameserver do not match the IP address provided in cloudflare.

If you require to see your own IP addresses for a specific DNS record, you need to change the Proxy status for that DNS record to Unproxied (:grey:) / DNS-only.
