The selected domain name was previously under a friend’s Cloudflare account, and now I want to transfer it to my own account. Even though my friend removed it from their account and directed the nameservers to my normal server 48 hours ago, when scanning the DNS records, it still shows both my friend’s DNS records on Cloudflare and the DNS records on my server together. How can I solve this issue?
48 hours should be enough time for the nameserver change to propagate. What is the domain?
Just to confirm what you are saying - the domain has gone from Cloudflare nameserver, to non-Cloudflare nameservers (and you will add the domain back to Cloudflare later)?
The domain name is yamanevlerbilisim.com. I removed it from the Cloudflare system before, now I will move the DNS back to Cloudflare DNS. However, during the DNS scan, it still detects the previous Cloudflare DNS.
When adding a domain in Cloudflare, it can only look up DNS records to find out what may be set. There’s no way for Cloudflare to know where your mail or web hosting is if it isn’t reflected in DNS records. If the unproxied records are in another account, it won’t use those as that would be a security risk.
You will need to set up your Cloudflare DNS manually to point at your web/mail hosting if the records aren’t found.
My current nameserver addresses point to ns1.odeaweb.com and are indicated by an IP address like 45.xxx.xxx.xx. Cloudflare is finding this, but it’s also showing the IP addresses and DNS records previously displayed when it was added by my friend. Did I explain it properly? Is there any harm in leaving it like this?

You don’t need the NS records in the Cloudflare DNS, that’s just a side effect of the import (unless you are delegating for subdomains, but I don’t think so in your case).
You just need the records that point to your hosting, email and any other records for services you are using. If in doubt, import them and post a screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS.
