Dear Community,
I changed the DNS records in accordance with DNS server of my host. So I have 4 records in total. 3 of them are A type and one of them is MX so can access my web mail.
Following the update it all seem fine, until next day I couldn’t access my webmail hosted externally.
I checked DNS records and these were all totally different - I had 3 records “CNAME” type.
I then proceed to delete these records and again set up the ones I have been given by my host and it all seemed fine.
Until this morning, when again I found all records reset to what I assume is default settings…
Can anyone help with this matter? Why these records change automatically?
